Valentine’s celebrations a ball for youngsters

BURGERSFORT – Cupid recently visited the Burgies during their Valentine’s Day celebrations. The school hosted junior and senior Valentine’s balls.

The mini-ball, for grades one to three, started at 16:00 and ended at 17:00 while the senior ball for grade four to seven pupils followed right afterwards. The girls wore their swankiest dresses and heels while the boys were groomed from head to toe.

Some of the little ones even exchanged Valentine’s gifts. The pupils had a glamorous evening to celebrate the month of love.
