The Ark, a tranquil mental health retreat, welcomed distinguished guests to its grand opening at White River Manor on April 17. The retreat aims to provide a safe haven for patients, offering specialist psychiatric care in a calm, private and restorative setting in the heart of the Lowveld.

The event was attended by specialist doctors from around the world and Mpumalanga MEC for Health, Sasekani Manzini. Guests were invited on a walking tour of the facility, which includes various amenities such as a cinema, and a medical and wellness centre.

Attendees enjoyed live entertainment and a gourmet dinner as part of the evening’s celebrations.
