Glitz and glamour for St Thomas College matric dance
The class of 2018 at St Thomas College celebrated their matric dance in style. The recent event was all glitz and glamour at the Lapeng Lodge.
High heels, designer dresses, perfectly tailored suits and various forms of transportation were seen as the pupils arrived at the lodge. All the students were dressed up for the occasion and looked super smart.
The decorations suited the theme. The food was delicious and the DJ provided great entertainment. One could see the hard work the staff and pupils had put in to make it an unforgettable evening.
St Thomas’ principal, TGK John said, “This school always pulls out all the stops to send pupils off in dazzling style. We are still encouraging you to study hard. The school is once again gunning for a 100 per cent bachelor pass rate.”
John reminded the pupils to fly the St Thomas flag high at tertiary institutions. “Even when at varsity you are still representing the college. I want you to be at your best behaviour to achieve all your goals.”
After the glamorous ceremony and the formalities, the matrics enjoyed a delicious supper before dancing the night away.
