Many house break-ins according to Polsec report

The POLSEC report for Nelspruit for February 3 to 10 shows the following:

Flashpoint areas and tendencies

Crime – Housebreakings

Area: CBD, Sonheuwel, Cromdale, Nelspruit Central, Kamagugu, Maggiesdal, West Acres, Fredenheim, Riverside, Hilltop and Stonehenge.

Streets: Samora Machel, Bouton, Sonbesie, Van Bergen, Fecela, Springer, Besembos, Alibama, Pomelo, Umwaba, Maroela, Legwood, Besembos and Sekretarisvoël.

Burglary at business premises

Area: West Acres, Nelspruit Industrial, Sonheuwel and CBD.

Streets: Koraalboom, Suikerriet, Annecke and Samora Machel.

Crime – Theft out of motor vehicles

Area: Sonheuwel, CBD and Hermansburg.

Streets: Xylophone, Bester, Van Bergen, Old Pretoria Road and Andrew.

The following items were stolen: Laptops, iPod, batteries, wallet, camera, cell phone charger, 3G card and laptop bag.

Crime – Robberies with firearms/hijackings

Area: CBD.

Streets: Brown and Sabie/Lydenbrug Road.
