Skhila residents await answers at TCM’s doorstep

LYDENBURG – Residents of Skhila, under the guiding hand of the Skhila Concerned Group (SCG), just arrived at the building of the Thaba Chweu Municipality to hand over a memorandum of complaints. This came after TCM failed to provide any answers with regards to serious service delivery problems residents of Skhila experience on a daily base. They are still waiting to be addressed by the TCM.
