The unlawful operations of the infamous street mechanics in Bester Street was dealt a hefty blow on Thursday. This was after traffic officials towed away a vehicle which one of the mechanics was working on.
Though local businessmen thought that this would be the solution to their loss of clients due to mechanics who take up all the parking spots in front of their establishments, their absence was short-lived.
