This weekend the town will host the Trials Motorcycling Nationals for the third time and this year rounds 5 and 6 will once again take place in Rimer’s Creek.

There will be ample parking space as the venue will be closed for traffic during the course of the event.

With permission from Umjindi Municipality, the area where the lapa used to be has been transformed into a trials riding park, and for those who want to be close to the action, but do not feel like walking, Barberton Ford will operate a shuttle service.

The good news is that other attractions will also be on offer in conjunction with Trials Motorcycling Nationals.

The Dutch Reformed Church will host their annual bazaar at Rimer’s Creek during the course of the event and on Saturday, at 11:00, Belhaven will offer a guided museum tour.

The Trials Motorcycling Nationals is truly an event worth attending and as there are no entrance fees, the whole family can spend an exciting weekend in the park without having to pay an arm and a leg for entertainment.
