WHITE RIVER – The bail hearing of three SANPark employees that have been accused of poaching will resume today in the White River Magistrate’s Court.

Mr Laurence Baloyi (42), Mr André Mabunda (42) and Mr Shakes Baloyi (46) appeared in court on Monday, when the state called Warrant Officer Willie Broodryk as a witness to testify in support of their opposing of the accused’s bail applications.

The three accused previously alleged that they were assaulted by the arresting officials during their arrest.  Criminal cases have been opened and these allegations are being investigated.
