High profile theft case postponed to provide for legal representation.

MBOMBELA – The case against an ABSA staff member and six others suspected of stealing R4.1 million has been postponed in the Nelspruit Regional Court today.

Mr Themba Mafunyeka (28), Mr Evans Thwala, Mr Tsepho Tsela (29), Mr Phulani Lekhuleni (29), Mr Happy Mashego (33), Ms Mzamo Rose Thwala (30) and Mr Given Mafunyaka (30) appeared in court today in connection with the alleged theft that led to their arrest.

The matter was postponed to enable the accused to obtain legal representation, as not all seven of them have been able to do so as yet.
