MBOMBELA – The trial of the eleven people accused of attacking a Mpumalanga ANC ward councillor will resume today, after the state has presented photographic evidence of the alleged attack.
It is alleged that Ms Celiwe Nkambule, Mr Promise Mashaba, Ms Marcia Ndlala, Mr Saina Milazi, Mr Oscar Mndawe, Mr Vincent Mdluli, Mr Khulisiwe Mashaba, Mr David Ntsanda, Mr Ntomfuthi Khoza, Ms Phindile Sekatane, and Mr Innocent Nkosi attacked Elizabeth Maziya and threw stones at her house on January 19 2012. Maziya is the ward councillor for Zwelisha Ward B, Mbombela.
The matter will continue today in the Regional Court, Mbombela.
