GRASKOP – The initiation school moderators accused of the rape and assault of 21 minor girls will present their case in the Nelspruit Circuit High Court at Graskop in July. Mr Mr Johan Mlombo and Ms Sister Khoza plead not guilty to the 49 charges against them.
Mlombo and Khoza were charged in Mbombela’s Circuit High Court on March 2 this year. After pleading innocent, they were presented with the state’s evidence.

The girls were examined at the Themba hospital after being rescued from the school. Nurse Mr Johnson Nkosi testified about the girls’ medical condition after their rescue last week. The case closed its case when he was done.
The case against Mlombo and Khoza was postponed to July 14 and 15 on Friday. On those dates, Mlombo and Khoza’s defence witnesses will be called to corroborate their version of events.
