According to Barberton SAPS spokesman, Sgt Tutu Nkosi, they confronted her and one of the men said he was there to rob the restaurant.
One of them carried a firearm and he took the staff to the storeroom, asking them where they kept the money.
The acting supervisor went with them, the men opened the till, took R5 000 before they escaped.
A case of business robbery was opened. So far no one has been arrested and the investigation is pending.
