One of them pulled out his pistol, and forced employees to open the storeroom.

BURGERSFORT – Vodashop in Tubatse Crossing Mall was robbed yesterday morning by three armed men. According to employees, the men walked into the store with trollies asking about different products.

One of them pulled out his pistol, and forced employees to open the storeroom.

The other two thugs then revealed their guns. While one stood guard, the other two emptied the storeroom into their trollies. They calmly exited the shop walking away with all the merchandise which includes cellphones, laptops, tablets and cash.

Vodashop employees are still in shock and disbelief that something like this could happen inside the mall, which is supposed to be a secure area. The police are investigating the crime. Bystanders said they saw the men flee in two KIA vehicles, one a car and the other a minibus.
