BREAKING NEWS: Shootout after alleged gold deal goes sour

BARBERTON – A shootout occurred when allegedly an illegal gold transaction went wrong tonight. According to Hi-Tech Barberton owner Sakkie Dednam, the security company received a call from residents at approximately 19:45, who had heard shots fired in Paul Davies Street.
He said one man was shot in the head by three men. The events started in Sheba Road, then the suspects shot the man in Paul Davies Street and fled the scene.
The injured man was rushed to hospital. A police forensics team are currently at the scene.
