TB hospital celebrates health-awareness day

Barberton TB Hospital employees celebrated their monthly health-awareness programme in style at the hospital's hall last Friday.

The employees wore traditional regalia, and came together to celebrate the day under the theme “Culture Diversity at Work”.
According to Winnie Msibi, the organiser of the awareness programmes, the purpose of the events is to promote health in the working area.
“The hospital aligns any national event and gives it a theme. They then celebrate it at the hospital. During the day of celebration, we invite expert speakers on the subject matter to educate our employees,” said Msibi.
