Sehlaku hosts farewell for grade 12s, and wishes them all the best

BURGERSFORT – Sehlaku Technical High School held its matric dance and farewell for the class of 2019 last Friday. The event was organised at the school’s state-of-the-art hall. It also served as a prize-giving ceremony for the pupils.

The event was attended by more than 90 pupils who arrived with their partners. Teachers and SGB members were also present, acting as father figures for the

grade 12s. Various speakers who are products of the school were invited to share tips of success with the pupils. School principal, Jacob Moshwana, told the attendees that it is possible for the pupils to perform outstandingly.

Past Charles Serokolo also offered a prayer for the matrics. He told them about prioritising their studies and praying before studying.

The Sehlaku learners commenced with their exams on Wednesday.
