Murdered teacher’s case to continue tomorrow
In their affidavits read at the court, Raza Ali (24) and Chema Ashan Fraza (28) pleaded not guilty to charges of of murder, kidnapping, possession of an unlicensed firearm and ammunition, as well as possession of suspected stolen property.
BURGERSFORT – The two Pakistani nationals accused of the alleged murder of Kabishi Primary School teacher Precious Magabane appeared before the Burgersfort Regional court on Monday.
They appeared at the court for a formal bail application.In their affidavits which were read at the court, Raza Ali (24) and Chema Ashan Fraza (28) pleaded not guilty to charges of of murder, kidnapping, possession of an unlicensed firearm and ammunition, as well as possession of suspected stolen property. The case is scheduled to continue tomorrow.
The two are accused of murdering Magabane, whose dismembered body was found scattered at different places along the Burgersfort/Lydenburg Road by police.
