Domestic violence incident turns fatal

According to information from one of the occupants of the house on the property, who was socialising outside at the time, they heard an argument between the two after which they heard a few gunshots and alerted Securicon.

A traffic officer killed his girlfriend before turning the gun on himself on Sunday evening.

Securicon Reaction officers and task team members, as well as EMS, responded to reports of alleged shots fired in the rented flat on a private residence in Zebra Street on Sunday night at 20:23.
