RAF to bring services to the communities of Monsterlus
The following assistance will be provided: direct registering of new claims; consolidation of required claim compliance documents; settlement offers; reporting of cases involving alleged touting; and misappropriation of RAF payments by unscrupulous attorneys.

The Road Accident Fund (RAF) will visit the community of Monsterlus on Saturday, November 23, during which the government will provide a range of services.
Crash victims can expect RAF staff to give the highest standard of care and professionalism when it’s Pretoria and Limpopo regional workforce set up a multi-functional office at Moratiwa Shopping Complex, Monsterlus from 08:00 to 16:00.
At the heart of this community outreach is service delivery and making a difference to claimants’ lives, including
everyone affected by the scourge of road crashes.

The following assistance will be provided: direct registering of new claims; consolidation of required claim compliance documents; settlement offers; reporting of cases involving alleged touting; and misappropriation of RAF payments by unscrupulous attorneys.
Community members are encouraged to bring their ID documents to the event for enquiries and information on their
claim.

Other important information required for new claims include police case numbers, accident reports, hospital
reports, vehicle registrations, invoices, and details of other parties involved in the car crash.
Those who are unable to attend the event are encouraged to visit the RAF at any of the following offices: Limpopo Customer Service Centre at Koos Smit Buildings, 24 Grobler Street, Polokwane. Alternatively, assistance is available at the following Hospital Service Centres in Limpopo: Jane Furse Hospital (Jane Furse); Dilokong Hospital (Burgersfort); and Groblersdal Hospital (Groblersdal).
