Join Mpumalanga Heritage in an outing
The visit to the old mining activities at Pilgrim's Rest, scheduled for November 16, has now been moved to November 23.
All are welcome to join Mpumalanga Heritage on its last outing for this year.
An interesting morning excursion has been planned by the mine, and the local museum services, which will include a visit to the remains of the old hydroelectric power plant outside town.

At noon we will conclude with a festive luncheon at the Vine Restaurant and Johnny’s Pub to see out the year’s activities and share ideas for the year to come.
The group will leave in convoy from the tourism info offices at Crossing in Mbombela at 07:00 or meet up at The Royal Hotel in Pilgrim’s Rest at 08:30.
Costs will be any outstanding annual membership fees of R175, which will take care of all the outings for the next year.
Bring some refreshments for the morning. Lunch and drinks afterwards will be for your own account.
