Kimmy brings Opera to Casterbridge Lifestyle Centre
The talented opera singer, Kimmy Skota, will perform with the Lowveld Community Orchestra in the garden at Casterbridge Lifestyle Centre on Sunday November 24 from 17:00 to 19:00.
There will be a short intermission where drinks and food will be on sale.
Skota is a professional opera singer, specifically a lyric soprano. She obtained a diploma in opera, BMus (honours) and a postgraduate diploma in performance at the University of Cape Town in 2008.
She is best known for her performances with internationally acclaimed Dutch violinist André Rieu, which led to her touring and performing all over the world between 2010 and 2013. Besides opera, she also sings jazz, soul and gospel.
Skota now lives in the Lowveld.

Tickets for her performance cost R200 and R150 for pupils and pensioners.
