Synopsis:

In this action-filled movie, an NYPD detective is forced into a citywide manhunt for a couple of police murderers after uncovering a massive and unexpected conspiracy.

As the evening unfolds it becomes quite uncertain to who he is chasing and who is chasing him. He has to take drastic measures as the search intensifies to prevent the murderers from escaping and hurting more people, so the authorities end up closing all 21 bridges preventing any exit from or entry to Manhattan.
