Hardworking pupils rewarded at Moisele

The occasion was graced by former learners of the school, who are now recognised leading entrepreneurs in various sectors of the economy.

BURGERSFORT – Moisele Primary School recently hosted an exciting prize-giving and farewell ceremony for their outgoing grade 7 pupils. Excelling learners in all the grades were awarded with certificates and trophies based on their performances.

The categories included best achievers for each grade, best pupils for each subject per grade and overall best achievers per grade.

Some of the pupils were honoured with trophies and certificates.

Queenet Magale was the best pupil at the school.

Grade 7 learner, Queenet Magale, emerged as this year’s overall best academic achiever by scooping three of the awards.

Talented pupils who did their best in various sporting disciplines also walked away with awards and certificates.

The occasion was graced by former learners of the school, who are now recognised leading entrepreneurs in various sectors of the economy.

Moisele School principal, Meriam Mdhluli, told Steelburger/Lydenburg News that she was thankful to everyone who made the annual event a success. She added that this ceremony motivates learners to work hard in school.
