"Despite the cool weather with a few drops of rain, it was a night to remember and I am looking forward to hosting more markets like this in future," said Storm.

Sandra Storm, owner, said this was an effort to bring the community together, support local small business owners and to show how much talent there is in the Onderberg.

Old Packhouse Distillery Gin was available for tasting and is available for sale at Stoep Café’s Gin Boutique. Art by Duanne Venter, graphite fine artist, was on display.

There was a variety of stalls selling beauty products, organic yarn, knitted toys, Christmas cakes, health products and handmade earrings. Food-wise there were ciabatta rolls and various breads, olives and all kinds of salsas. Michelle Goosen had a Christmas stall with beautiful handmade pieces and was also in charge of entertaining the kids with a jumping castle and face paint.

The Gossip Girl band kept the guests entertained with lovely, laid-back tunes.

“Despite the cool weather with a few drops of rain, it was a night to remember and I am looking forward to hosting more markets like this in future,” said Storm.
