Young model continues to change the lives of the underprivileged

BURGERSFORT – Local model, Khensani Khumalo (20) has once again ensured that the needy are well catered for. The young model, from Ga Motodi, continues to support local disabled centres.

Khumalo recently partnered with Tubatse SUPERSPAR to donate groceries to people residing at Bogwasha Disabled Centre in the same village.

Khensani, who holds the crown of Miss Capricorn District, was accompanied by fellow model and Miss Ga Motodi, Ricky Mamaila.

Speaking to Steelburger/Lydenburg News, the kindhearted beauty said it breaks her heart to see the young and disabled suffering.

“As models, we want to do away with the stereotype that pageants are all about beauty. We want to prove that we care about the needy and disabled

“I try by all means to assist the needy. I even donate my own clothes, just to bring a smile to their faces. I always passed by the centre and wished I could assist in improving their lives.

“I recently approached SPAR, and they decided to help in the donations,” she said.

She thanked Tubatse SUPERSPAR for always assisting the needy and the poor.
