Silulumanzi offices temporary closed for disinfection

Richmond Jele, the company's senior manager of corporate relations, said there have been no confirmed Covid-19 cases at any of its offices.

Silulumanzi customers are advised that the Mbombela offices will be closed as of today until August 26 in order to sanitise the building.

“No coronavirus incidents have been reported as per our safety measures in ensuring the daily routine and monitoring check-ups.”

Jele said the offices are being disinfected as a precautionary measure.

He added that Silulumanzi’s staff members were working on a rotational schedule since the national lockdown was implemented.

Jele urged customers to contact the control room on 0861-745-858, and to report any disruptions or water-related queries to enquiries@silulumanzi.com.

Customer service queries can be directed to Silulumanzi’s one-stop shop office at the Grove Shopping Centre next to Toys “R” Us.

Customers can also pay their accounts via the online portal. He urged locals to use water wisely.
