Ladies are in for a treat
Stabilicor Accountants, in partnership with the NNC Pumas, Urban House and La Belle Vie Beauty Clinic, supported by Lowvelder, will at the end of this month host a charity event with a difference.
MBOMBELA – The aim is not only to treat women as Women’s Month draws to a close, but to donate all the proceedings to those in need.
“The idea sprouted from a radio interview I heard about a granny pleading to the community for jackets for her daughter and two children. She said they were cold and she had no income. My heart bled and I knew I just had to do something, even if it is small,” said Madelein van Eeden of Stabilicor.
Attendees are in for a surprise as some of the Pumas boys have vowed to serve the ladies, wearing the bare minimum. The evening will be accompanied by live entertainment by the man himself, Jimmy Stonehouse, and an auction, of which the proceeds will go to families who have recently lost their jobs.
