Khanyisa to represent province

Khanyisa Nyezi, currently a grade seven learner of Laerskool Numbi, started her Mpumalanga hockey journey in 2019 at only 11.

After going through a strenuous selection process, she was invited to attend the final trials to be selected for the Mpumalanga hockey team in 2020. Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, these trials could not take place.

On Sunday August 22, however, Khanyisa was able to attend these trials. A new chapter awaits her as she is now a proud member of the u/13 girls Mpumalanga hockey team. We would like to congratulate her on all her hard work and dedication, and a job well done!
