Welcome to Dei Gratia Training and Development Solutions

Dei Gratia will guide you through this learning experience. For some of you, the training will confirm what you already know and can do, but for others, this may be a new journey that will open up new doors for you.

Food & Beverage services – N-F Level 4

Skills Courses 1. Table attendance 2. Assistant Chefs

This qualification will be conducted as blended learning, which is a combination of online and face-to-face learning. The qualification has four role players, namely the learner, the skills development provider, Service SETA and the workplace.

If you enroll before January, the fees will be discounted by 30%.

Each learner will be issued a portfolio of evidence (PoE) and a learner guide. The PoE will need to be completed and submitted upon completion. The mentor in the workplace will assist with workplace training.

All final summative assessments will be completed at the end of the duration. This is to assess your practical and theoretical knowledge by internal assessors and moderators. Thereafter, an external moderation from SETA will take place and certification will follow.

According to our reassessment policy, Dei Gratia will conduct two reassessments. Subsequent assessments will be charged per module.

IMPORTANT!

A certificate carries no value if it is not accompanied by a statement of results (SoR) issued by SETA.

We know that the training with us will be rewarding and an enjoyable experience.
