A search was conducted for an alleged armed man was by members of ACS and Hi-Tech Security at the vlei near Crossing Shopping Centre this morning, January 29.

It is alleged that a vehicle was stolen from Elukwatini by three men this morning. It is believed two of the suspects are currently at the Nelspruit Police Station while the third reportedly hid in the vlei where security searched for him.

A gun was allegedly spotted in his possession. The man had not yet been found.

The stolen vehicle has been recovered. This is a developing story.
