Louise Carver began the first leg of her tour at Yoons@Barnyard on Thursday, April 7.

A renowned South African artist, Louise Carver, treated fans to an exquisite performance at Yoons@Barnyard on Thursday April 7.

Carver’s sold-out show started at around 20:00. Sitting on stage at her keyboard, she chatted with the audience before welcoming a well-known musician, Simphiwe Kulla, to the stage to perform alongside her.

Carver’s performance at Yoons@Barnyard was her first show off her music tour after two years.

Her ethereal voice, coupled with Kulla’s background vocals and guitar, was an absolute treat for her fans as everyone tapped their feet during each set, followed by a hearty round of applause.

Carver said she loved the Lowveld and even had dreams of a buying a home here. The show was well received by all who attended.
