A man was killed and his wife critically injured during a recent attack on a farm in Schoemanskloof. It is believed the attack occurred on the evening of May 31, however the police were only alerted to the scene this morning, June 1.

Details surrounding the incident are still unclear. The police and forensics were on the scene to investigate.

The woman has been rushed to a local hospital for treatment and her condition is currently unknown.
