The Airlink Pumas and Windhoek Draught Griquas name their teams for clash in Mbombela
The last time these two teams met was in the 2022 Currie Cup final when things went the way of the Pumas and they lifted the trophy, winning the title for the first time.
It is a rematch of last year’s Currie Cup final, but will it be a win for the Airlink Pumas or will the Windhoek Draught Griquas have the upper hand in the league matches like they did last year?
The two teams will clash in a Currie Cup match at Mbombela Stadium at 19:05 on Friday March 25.
The Pumas and Griquas faced off twice in the league round during last year’s championship. The Griquas managed victories on each occasion. The first 41-20 at Windhoek Lager Park (February 2) and second 45-44 at home at Mbombela Stadium (June 10).
