It was all green at this White River restaurant on 17 March.
St Patrick’s Day gave Magnolia in White River the perfect excuse to host one of its popular party nights, with a three-course meal and plenty of whiskey and Amarula flowing at the tasting stations.
Arriving guests were greeted by the Appletizer mixologist with a drink to get them into the party spirit. With their tummies full of food and sips of Pogues, Gelstons and Peaky Blinders whiskey, the DJ pumped up the volume and got the crowd on their feet and jigging away.

‘Jerusalema’ gave an African twist to the Irish celebration and some lucky winners walked away with generous prizes.

Gelstons whiskey and Durbanville Hills wine hampers, Magnolia restaurant vouchers, an elephant interaction from Elephant Whispers, as well as quad and ziplining experiences from GZ Adventures put an extra spring in the step of the happy prize winners.
