KaNyamazane road open following accident

After a closure of about four hours due to an accident, the KaNyamazane road is open again.

Following a few hours of closure on April 19 due to an accident, the KaNyamazane road has been reopened.

The road had been closed for about four hours.

Emer-G-Med responded to the scene after receiving a call about a motor vehicle accident at around 07:55.

According to Emer-G-Med, the incident occurred just before the Emkhatsini Sasol Plaza Karino, in the direction of Tekwane South.

“On arrival, it was discovered that a minibus taxi had lost control and rolled. There were several injuries on scene, totalling 12 patients, all of whom were transported to hospital by various EMS services, including Emer-G-Med.

“Unfortunately, the driver of the taxi succumbed to his injuries and was declared dead on our arrival.”
