Kobwa invites qualified service providers to tender
There are a number of tenders that Kobwa is inviting suitable service providers to compete for.

The Komati Basin Water Authority (Kobwa) is a binational entity established in terms of a treaty between South Africa and the Kingdom of eSwatini and is responsible for the design, construction, operation and maintenance of Maguga Dam in eSwatini and Driekoppies Dam in South Africa with their supporting infrastructure. Kobwa operates from its head office at Maguga Dam near Pigg’s Peak in eSwatini and has a water management office at Driekoppies Dam near Schoemansdal in South Africa.
Kobwa invites interested suitably qualified and experienced registered service providers to compete for the following tenders:
• KOB/02/DD/2023: Brokering of insurance services: RSA
• KOB/02/MD/2023: Brokering of insurance devices: KoE
• KOB/03/DD/2023: Investment of funds into a sinking fund and flexible investment, RSA
• KOB/03/MD/2023: Internal audit software
• KOB/04//DD/2023: Biomonitoring and vegetation survey for Kobwa in the Komati and Lomati rivers
• KOB/05/DD/2023: Supply and delivery of a suitable boat to conduct monitoring in Category III dams
• KOB/05/MD/2023: Provision of hygiene services, KoE
• KOB/06/DD/2023: Provision of central multifunction photocopier/printer on a lease basis, RSA.

The closing date is June 30 at 12:00. Submissions must be hand delivered in the tender box in Driekoppies Dam offices in Schoemansdal, South Africa or in Maguga Dam offices in eSwatini.
