A closure of the N4 has been reported after a cash-in-transit (CIT) heist between the Mara and KaNyamazane intersections.

Emer-G-Med emergency services said it had received a call regarding the heist and discovered that two armoured vehicles had been involved in the incident. One of them had been bombed.

“Fortunately, the crew were uninjured. Currently, the N4 is closed in both directions. All of the necessary role players are on the scene,” said Emer-G-Med.
