City of Mbombela warned of water supply issues

Load-shedding affects Mbombela and surrounds daily. Water issues have been added to the list of affected services due to this.

Silulumanzi issued an urgent notice to its customers today, September 5, regarding the effect of load-shedding on water supply.

“Please note that the ongoing electricity load-shedding, which is currently upgraded to stage 6, has a dire effect on the water supply in parts of the Mbombela city area. This is causing serious challenges in the abstraction and distribution of water,” the notice read.
