City of Mbombela releases public notice of amendments to supply chain management contract agreements
The municipality recently amended some of its ICT service contract agreements and notifies all stakeholders and suppliers.
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 116(3)(b) of the Municipal Finance Management Act, 56 of 2003 (the Act), that the City of Mbombela is intending to extend the contract for ICT services through the supply chain management policy.
The reasons for the extension have been tabled to council on December 13, under item A(3), in adherence to Section 116(3)(a) of the Act.
The detailed list of contracts or agreements with reasons for the amendments was published on the municipal website: www.mbombela.gov.za.
Anyone who has an interest in this matter is invited to submit their representations to the City no later than January 16, to the senior manager of supply chain management, EC Mgwenya, by emailing eddiem@mbombela.gov.za, CC mahesh.srini@mbombela.gov.za, or hand-delivering to the supply chain management office K6, Mbombela Civic Centre.
