A truck overturned between Joubert & Sons and Poplar Creek earlier tonight, August 2. The section of the road is partially closed with a stop-go system in place.
A truck carrying a load of potatoes overturned while travelling on the N4 via Schoemanskloof between Joubert & Sons and Poplar Creek earlier tonight, August 2.
Some of the load was allegedly looted by passers-by.

The truck driver was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment of his injuries.
One lane of the road is closed, however, TRACN4 has a stop-go system in place to control the traffic flow.
