Action sports arena open to all junior leagues

The newly located action sports arena will boast junior cricket leagues as of this Friday afternoon.
All boys aged 10 to 14 are eligible to join each Friday at 17:00. “We are happy to announce that we will select Mpumalanga teams in these age groups next April, so it will definitely be of great advantage for the young ones to join in the league as soon as possible,” says coach Eric Grimaldi. The provincial team will take part in a national tournament in Sandton in 2014.
“What most people don’t know is that we have produced some national players in these young age groups already. Therefore parents and players can rest easy, knowing that it is a fruitful – and obviously, very enjoyable – sport to take part in. At the national tournaments for the u/13, u/15 and u/17 age groups, South African teams will also be selected to travel to Australia in 2015,” Grimaldi says.
