NELSPRUIT – This Mother’s Day (May 11) kids and dads in the Lowveld have the perfect opportunity to show mom how much they really appreciate her. Lowvelder and Riverside Mall invite you to enter the “Keep calm and call Mom” photo competition and win great prizes – for your mother!

Kids, bring dad to the fun kitchen photo booth next to Soviet in the Riverside Mall from April 14 to May 1, 2014. Foto First will take a photo of dad striking a pose in the kitchen, just to prove that moms really are the best. To enter, you will have to write a short paragraph with dad’s photo, telling us why mom is so special, giving her the chance to win, among other prizes, a makeover and be treated by Bella Donna.
How it works
1. Have dad’s photo taken for free next to Soviet at Riverside Mall from April 14 to May 1, 2014, weekdays from 11:00 to 17:00 and 11:00 to 15:00 on Sundays and public holidays. (Family photos and photos entered that do not depict a dad, will not be elligible to win).
2. Complete the entry form at the photo booth and include why your mom is special. Entry is free. Additional photo packages are available at R130 each.
3. Tell all your friends and family to vote for your dad’s picture by liking it on Lowvelder’s Facebook page. Pictures will be loaded on a regular basis. (Only photos taken by Foto First in the booth at Riverside Mall qualify).
4. Voting/liking closes on Sunday May 4, 2014.
5. The top 10 entries will be featured in Lowvelder Friday May 9, 2014 and invited to the Sappi/Mother’s Day Concert in the Lowveld Botanical Garden on Sunday May 11.
6. The photo and message with the most votes online win (given they adhere to the terms and conditions set out in this article and Caxton’s general competition terms and conditions).
7. The winner will be announced at the Sappi/Lowvelder Mother’s Day Consert in the Lowveld Botanical Garden on Sunday May 11, and appear in Lowvelder Tuesday May 14, 2014.

Main Prize: Makeover for Mom and daughter (or Mom’s friend) which includes: An Image Consulting session for a colour, body and face analysis by Belladonna to the value of R8000. A R3,500 Riverside Mall gift card for Mom and R1,500 Riverside Mall gift card for her friend/daughter. Hair styling for both Mom & Friend/Daughter including a Colour/Wash and Blow from Hair@Riverside. Breakfast at Wimpy for both.
