Preview: Amcu unsure if Lily followed procedures

MBOMBELA – Trade union Amcu has accused Vantage Goldfields of possibly withholding critical information from the commission of inquiry investigating the possible causes of the collapse at Lily Mine.

Its legal team’s cross examination last week at the Lily Mine inquiry sought to establish if the mine management followed correct procedures before the collapse which swallowed a lamp room with three employees inside February 5, last year.
