Man hospitalised after being stabbed 17 times
The victim is being treated in a local hospital after being robbed of his phone.
MBOMBELA – A man miraculously managed to crawl to his house to find help after being stabbed 17 times near his home yesterday afternoon.
It has been confirmed that the victim is being treated in the intensive care unit of a local hospital.
Rian Prinsloo, from Hi-Tech Security Barberton, confirmed that the man was attacked by two unknown men near his home in Barberton at approximately 17:30 on Friday.
They allegedly kicked him in his face and broke his jaw and both his legs.
They stole his clothes, safety boots and cellphone.
He managed to crawl to his house where he could find help.
He was rushed to hospital in Mbombela by friends.
Police told Lowvelder this afternoon that a case had not yet been opened.
