Motene FC bow the knee to Eleven Experience

Motene controlled the match from the onset scoring through their talisman, Thabang Motene in the 30th minute. They were the better team in the first half, but failure to convert their chances saw them only leading by a single goal during the interval.

Eleven Experience defeated Habeng’s Motene FC during the SAB League match played at Mooihoek Sport Grounds last Saturday.

Motene controlled the match from the onset scoring through their talisman, Thabang Motene in the 30th minute. They were the better team in the first half, but failure to convert their chances saw them only leading by a single goal during the interval.

In the second half the host team, Eleven Experience came out guns blazing, scoring two goals in succession through Lesley Phasoane and Donald Tsoko. For his outstanding runs on the flanks, Phasoane was also awarded a man of the match award by Dannyboy Mosome.

Mosome is known in Tubatse for sponsoring local teams’ sporting equipment. He recently donated soccer jerseys and bibs to Motene FC. The next round of the SAB League fixtures will continue this weekend.
