No land, no vote – Protesters take to the streets in Mbombela

A memorandum was handed over to acting municipal manager, Patrick Msibi.

The community of KaNyamazane took to the street on Tuesday morning, demanding ownership of Nomzamo Park.

Nomzamo park is allocated at Tekwane West. Traffic on Samora Machel Drive was momentarily disrupted as they marched to the City of Mbombela, but calm soon returned when they reached their destination to hand over the memorandum to acting municipal manager, Patrick Msibi.
