Suspect arrested for rape on two women
The suspect is under guard at Matikwana Hospital and the cases were sent to court in his absence.
Malumane France (27) was arrested by Hazyview SAPS and charged for the rape of two women in Nyongane Trust on March 1.
One of the victims (44) was raped at about 01:30 in her house and the other (22) at about 06:00, also in her house.
After raping the second victim, the suspect fell asleep. When the victim woke up, she boiled water and poured it on the suspect. She then contacted the police.
The suspect is under guard at Matikwana Hospital and the cases were sent to court in his absence.
