It is market time in the park

Apart from stalls, there will be live entertainment and jumping castles for children.

At the end of March a Market in the Park will be revived at the corner of Tom Lawrence and Peter Graham streets, opposite Parksig Centre (GPS coordinates -25.326421,31.0183959)

Cost of stalls (3mx3m) is R100 per stand and the cost per electrical point another R100.

It is stallholders’ responsibility to bring their own gazebo, chairs, table, tablecloths, float, sunscreen, hats and card facilities and so on.

Trading time on Saturday March 30 will be from 08:00 to 14:00 and the organisers urge participants to adhere to these times, as leaving earlier will have a negative impact on both the exhibitors and the market itself.

Stalls can be set up from 07:00 onwards, to be ready to trade from 08:00 sharp. Vehicles in the market area should be removed by 07:45.

No alcoholic beverages are allowed to be brought into the market area or sold to any persons under the age of 18. Visitors are welcome to support exhibitors selling alcohol or the Turaco Pub across the street.

Apart from stalls, there will be live entertainment and jumping castles for children.

Interested parties should complete and sign the provided application and indemnity form and make sure their payments are made in full one week before market date.
