Penryn pupils to aid Idai victims
The pupils started the collection to aid victims of cyclone Idai.

A group of Mozambican pupils from Penryn College recently decided that they wanted to make a difference in their home country after Cyclone Idai’s utter devastation.
Penryn started collecting items last week and is planning to send a truck with all that they have collected to Mozambique on Friday.
The pupils said even though their families were not directly affected by the tropical storm, they still see and feel the devastation – that is the reason they did not want to arrive there empty-handed.

They will also be going to Mozambique this weekend to deliver donations, which were received too late to be transported, with the bus.
Penryn challenged the community to donate at the demarcated area at the Penryn gym before Friday at 07:00.
