Nkomazi Plaza offices to be upgraded
An upgrade that includes extra service cubicles and a bigger customer waiting area aims to improve services at the Nkomazi Plaza.

KAAPMUIDEN – Customers can look forward to faster service at the Nkomazi Plaza due to an upgrade of the customer waiting area and front office.
In a recent press release, Solange Soares Nicholson of TRAC explained that the upgrade will include an extra two service cubicles to enable staff to assist more people simultaneously.
More office assistants will also be available to help with queries or services such as account applications, concession applications and e-tag registrations.

The upgrade started on Monday and should be completed by May 17. Although construction work is scheduled to take place after hours and on weekends, slight disruptions may occur during other times.
The office hours are still from 08:00 to 17:00 during weekdays and a temporary customer service station will be set up outside the office building on occasion.
